Founder, Cultural Architect, Recovering “Chief Happiness Officer” Aspirant

I used to think my dream job was Chief Happiness Officer. I didn’t totally know what it meant—I just knew I wanted people to feel good at work. Like, really good. Safe. Valued. Recognized. Empowered. Like they could try something wild, grow in unexpected ways, and still be seen as worthy.

Then I realized: what I wanted wasn’t a title.
It was culture.

I spent years navigating toxic workplaces, soul-sucking jobs, and beautiful messes (I’m looking at you, Twitter) before landing in a role where, for the first time, I felt all the things I had been craving. And once I got a taste of it, I wanted everyone around me to feel it too.

That’s what led me to build the Connected Culture Model™—a people-first, business-aligned framework born out of lived experience and a lot of “wait, it doesn’t have to be this way” moments. It’s how I’ve helped organizations go from disconnected to deeply dialed-in—from saying they care to actually showing it.

Today, I lead culture strategy like a whole human: blending heart with business acumen. From building Employee Value Propositions and employer brands that actually reflect the people behind them, to shaping values and learning ecosystems that stick—I help organizations build cultures that don’t just talk the talk, but walk people home to themselves.

Because culture isn’t a perk.
It’s the reason people stay. It’s the reason they try. It’s the reason they believe.

And that’s the work I’ll never stop doing.
